What brought you to Lincoln?
“Many changes & opportunities came about because of the recent budgetary challenges. Among them was coming to Lincoln, and I’m happy to be here.”
Why did you decide to go into teaching?
“Teaching others to acquire another language and encounter other people and cultures in the world brings me joy compared to other kinds of vocations.”
What are some of your hobbies?
“I enjoy hiking, [I like] attending music and theater performances, and travel. I like all things related to languages, so am currently learning Icelandic for fun.”
What are you looking forward to this school year?
“I look forward to getting to know my students. Getting to know my colleagues and making friends. I feel confident that this year, I will finally locate and document the existence of Sasquatch.”
