Neighborhood House is a non-profit organization that offers education, anti-poverty and support services to community members in Portland and Multnomah County. They have partnered their Head Start program with PPS Teen Parent Services to implement an Early Head Start preschool program at Lincoln’s teen parent education center next to the football field for children ages six weeks to three years.
