Lincoln girls took third place and the boys tied for fourth at the state tennis tournament May 21-23 at Tualatin Hills Tennis Center.
The sister team of Emily and Taylor Rees won the doubles tournament, and freshman Reed Hazard won the singles consolation bracket. The girls team ended in third with 16 points, behind Lake Oswego and Jesuit.
On the boys’ side, the doubles team of Alex Serrurier and Fritz Hergenhan reached the quarterfinals to help the team finish with 10 points, tying Lakeridge for fourth.
