Over $200,000 was raised at the Meet the Flock auction on Feb. 22. The auction was held at the Multnomah Athletic Club. Proceeds will be divided among the Booster Club, the Lincoln Foundation which funds teaching positions, and the Parent Teacher Student Organization. “I think it was awesome. It was our first sold-out auction,” co-chairman Jill Ross said.

Items such as gift baskets, weekend getaways, and rare wine collections were auctioned. “It was just a lot of fun,” Ross said. Approximately 370 parents, teachers and guests attended. City commissioner Nick Fish and former state treasurer Randall Edwards, a current Lincoln parent, were among the attendees.

One paddle raise brought in approximately $150,000 for the foundation. Another paddle raise collected $10,000 to help establish an additional computer lab. And to top it all off, a lively auctioneer kept the energy flowing throughout the night
