PPS has announced vía a press release that breakfast and lunch will be free for all Portland children ages 1-18, due to the continuation of a USDA program that made breakfast and lunch available to all children during the summer.

38 schools across the city will have sack breakfast and lunches for families to pick up on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday from 3-5 pm.

Seven days worth of meals will be provided. A list of all the schools offering meals and a breakdown of the distribution quantity for seven days worth of meals is available here.

When the COVID-19 lockdown started in March, only 15 schools were distributing meals.
