Lincoln High School’s October Athlete of the Month

Football (No. 25 seed): Plays 8 seed Central Catholic in playoffs round 1 on Nov. 2.

Volleyball (No. 9 seed): Won 3-0 vs. Sherwood in playoffs round 1, and lost 0-3 at Sandy in round 2.

Cross Country: After the girls’ dominant win at the PIL District meet and the boys’ second-place finish, both teams will compete at the State Championship Meet at Lane Community College Nov 3.

Boys’ Soccer (No. 10 seed): Beat Clackamas 2-0 in playoffs round 1, and play at South Eugene Oct. 30.

Girls’ Soccer (No. 18 seed): Lost 0-1 at St. Mary’s in playoffs round 1 on Oct. 27.

Boys’ Water Polo (No. 10 seed): Plays 7th seed Lake Oswego in playoffs round 1 on Nov 2.

Girls’ Water Polo (No. 4 seed): Plays 13-seed Sandy in playoffs round 1 on Nov 3.
