The Israel-Gaza conflict has continued to affect Lincoln students in a variety of ways. Students cite the rising death tolls, personal connections to people living in the war zones and lack of discussion surrounding the current events as the ways they have been affected.

This year, Lincoln has many new clubs. Some students have founded them while others have turned discontinued classes into clubs.

New clubs build new communities

As AI grows more complex, the number of parameters on programs has increased (some up to 540 billion), which are run and stored in data centers. According to Columbia Climate School, at Columbia University, the data centers that run AI programs account for 2.5% to 3.7% of yearly global greenhouse gas emissions.
