College activities set for juniors, seniors

Two events aimed at preparing students for college have been scheduled for the first two weeks in November.

From Nov. 3-7, Lincoln will be hosting College Application Week, which is designed for seniors. Volunteers will be supplying students with feedback on their college applications, as well as answering they may have about the process.

Juniors will take an ACT practice test Nov. 10 at 8 a.m. in the cafeteria. Sponsored by the Parent Teacher Student Organization, the test will cost $20. The full-length practice results will be e-mailed back to the students by e-mails later in the year. Students are encouraged to take the test, according to the PTSO, to  prepare them for taking the real test as a seniors.
