Community celebrates Chinese New Year with delegation from sister school in Suzhou

The Mandarin program rang in the Year of the Sheep and welcomed exchange students from China in a celebration Feb. 24.
Over 200 students, parents, and teachers packed the cafeteria to watch student performances, eat Chinese food and play traditional games. The celebration doubled as a welcoming ceremony for four students from Suzhou High School, Lincoln’s sister school, who arrived in Portland Tuesday. Check out videos in our Videos section.
