Maybe it’s because I appreciate a good remix or because I’m a huge fan of Zeds Dead, but in “Take Ü There” the Canadian duo has managed to produce a version that is even better than the original. Not that I have anything against Jack Ü, the collaboration between artists Diplo and Skrillex, but their pioneer version of the song carries less emotion in comparison, coming across as unfinished.

  Although the track has already made its debut at festivals earlier in 2014, remixes weren’t released until Dec. 23 of last year. The bundle included versions from progressive house producers such as Felix Cartal to more upbeat DJ’s like TJR.

  The Zeds Dead remix stands out by blending passionate vocals by Kiesza with a new catchy melody, finally diving right into a signature ZD bass-heavy drop.
