Spring athletes bring home final results of school year

Softball–

Overall record 13-13-1, league record 10-7. OSAA rank #26, lost to Tualatin 0-4 in round one of playoffs.

Baseball–

Overall record 19-10, league record 15-2. OSAA rank #12, lost to Lake O 2-3 in round two of playoffs.

Women’s tennis–

Placed 1st at PIL Districts, sent nine players to state, took 3rd at state.

Men’s tennis–

Placed 1st at PIL Districts, sent ten players to state, which tied a record,

took 2nd at state.

Women’s track–

Team took 16th place at state. Senior Sydney Denham was state champion in high jump with a jump of 1.67 m.

Men’s track–

Team took 22nd place. Junior Sawyer Christopher was state champion in javelin throw with a throw of 57.88 m.

Women’s golf–

Placed 12th at state.

Men’s golf–

Placed 11th at state. Sophomore Nate Stember tied for 9th place at eight

over par after two days at state.

Women’s lacrosse–

Overall record 8-7, league record 6-4. Laxpower rank #10, lost to OES 13-20 in round two of playoffs.

Men’s lacrosse–

Overall record 13-8, league record 4-1. Laxpower rank #5, lost to West Linn 11-6 in quarterfinals of playoffs.

Rose City Rowing varsity–

Girls earned 4th place at regionals and are headed to nationals. Boys placed 1st and are also headed to nationals.
